Indulge in a side of France more delicious than any other. Nestled along the rugged coastline of the northwest, Brittany is a landscape of charming medieval towns, picturesque fishing villages, and dramatic sea cliffs, that create our backdrop for unforgettable culinary adventures. We'll gather our favorite friends in our private Chateau, learning to cook from the hip with the amazing bounty of local staples, quite honestly, the best of France (dare we say the world). We’ll visit Cancale, the oyster capital of France, to master the art of shucking and appreciating these oceanic delicacies. Explore vibrant market stalls brimming with colorful produce, artisanal cheeses, and crusty breads— which we’ll top with the local butter, Le Beurre Bordier, the most elegant butter in the world, and fleur de sel from nearby Guérande, the world’s most famous salt marshes. Indulge in savory and sweet crepe-making, and discover the craftsmanship behind the local cidery, tasting apple juices and hard ciders, curated and crafted like fine wines. During our adventures across the Breton landscape, we’ll explore and marvel at Mont St Michel, a breathtaking sight rising improbably from the sea; a perfect vista from which to toast to all the best things in France.
