Our local chef will have you cooking like a Spaniard with a mix of classic traditions and fresh takes on seafood, tapas, flans, savories and sweets. This is a land where hand-pressed olive oils and world-class local wines make up their local identity, and we’ll go to the source to taste both; gleaning wisdom from the families who have cultivated this land over generations.  Our home is a picturesque Spanish villa perched above the sea, offering both luxury and dramatic vistas of the Mediterranean that change by the hour. Ah, la buena vida!
