Languedoc, France
October 2026
Tucked between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean, Languedoc is where wild herbs scent the wind and centuries-old vines stretch across the hills. This is southern France unfiltered: rustic stone villages, sun-drenched markets, and vineyards where generations still work by hand.
Join Chef Kendall and her husband Ross—our resident wine expert—as they return to the region where they once lived and worked, when Kendall helmed a Michelin-starred kitchen nearby. We’ll stay in their friend’s countryside château and explore Languedoc through its wine: from bold reds and crisp whites to pét-nats and skin-contact bottles you've never experienced. Many of the winemakers we’ll meet are leading the way in organic, biodynamic, and natural practices, and best of all, they are all our friends.
There will be long table lunches, slow dinners at sunset in wine fields, aperitifs in the garden, and the kind of insider access you only get when you know the people behind the wine. Light on cooking classes, this will be more about authentically local food prepared for you, perfectly paired with the region’s most exciting bottles.
This is a trip for wine lovers and the wine-curious, for anyone drawn to the rhythm of rural France and the delicious, rebellious spirit of the Languedoc.
