Cook
Camps

Who’s this for? Cooks, Non-Cooks, and Avid Cooks alike! You arrive on day one, and literally just like summer camp choose your week of activities. We offer more than 30 options from makers, quaint shops, cooking classes, and even sometimes…golfing (if that’s your verre de vin).

Our Masterclasses are deeeeep dives into a regional farm-to-table cuisine or into the methodology we teach. These trips often include 2 immersive cooking classes a day.

Food & Wine Immersions

Our immersions are made for regions where you are deeply immersed in the local culture of food and wine. Some are wine only focused, others are gastronomy and cooking focused, and some strike an elegant balance between all three.
