Cook in her kitchen, or spread out across the acreage to her bestie’s Provençal Domaine, to stay in the Manor still owned by Simone Beck’s family. This unique retreat lets you choose your own adventures from bespoke excursions to the French Riviera below, a variety of cooking classes that will have you cooking from the hip, or just soaking in the lavender by the saltwater pool. This is the trip that started our company in the first place. A quaint recipe-free cooking school turned into a phenomenon. We’ve now hosted hundreds of humans to learn to cook without recipes at La Pitchoune. This is the ‘As seen on TV experience’ and will celebrate it’s last seasons in 2025.

This is our most learning intensive trip, and our smallest groups. With a maximum of 7 guests, there is unparalleled access and intimacy in the kitchen.

She has been on the ground scouting your excursions, to help you discover all the deliciousness that England has to offer; from pub fare to high tea, and everything between.

Secrets of Venice & the Veneto

We are taking you behind the Venetian glass with our local friends on a land and sea adventure! Years in the planning, be the guest of our friend the Countess at her family’s 15th century Villa in the stunning Prosecco Hills. We’ll explore from the Dolomites, to Venice, and the larger Lagoon to savor the real Serenissima and her secrets. Throughout it all, we’ll lean into the bounty of the Veneto (seafood, duck, mussels, squid ink pasta, etc) as we cook, eat, and live like Venetian royalty in our own little Renaissance Palazzo.

We’ll whisk you away from Puerto Vallarta and back in time to what feels like 1970’s Mexico– a still undiscovered coastal village with no cars or roads– with a magical boutique resort tucked away on a lush jungle hillside. Built by hand and accessible only by boat, this is a once in a lifetime experience. You’ll stay in one of just 10 palapas, many with outdoor showers and open walls, offering a seamless blend of high-end luxury and connection to the jungle’s natural beauty.

Parma’s Epicurean Escape, Italy

This trip alternates annually with Venice. Parma 2024 is sold out but returning in 2026!

 If you are a gourmand (or just love Italian food), this is your adventure. Based in a charming farmhouse outside of Parma, the Italian epicenter of gastronomy, we will take you to the source and behind the scenes for all things delizioso! Walk through racks of millions of dollars of Parmigiano Reggiano and Prosciutto, taste Balsamic vinegar where its aged in a family attic, and make fresh buffalo mozzarella by hand! We’ll learn handmade pastas, stuffed pastas, and wood fire cooking techniques at our own little country farmhouse with outdoor kitchen, and be the honored guests at our friend’s winery. We uncover it all and teach you to cook like an Italian grandmother.
