Based on a charming farm outside of Parma, the Italian epicenter of gastronomy, we will take you to the source and behind the scenes for all things delizioso! Walk through racks of millions of dollars of Parmigiano Reggiano and Prosciutto, taste Balsamic vinegar where its aged in a family attic, and get hands-on with the flavors that define the region.

We’ll learn handmade pastas, tackle pizza with a Master pizzaiolo and wood fire cooking techniques at our own little slice of tucked away paradise.

While millions visit Venice each year, we’re taking you behind the curtain of the region that fuels Venice’s cuisine & wine culture — The Prosecco Hills. We’ll be the guest of our friend the Countess at her family’s 15th century Villa tucked just under a castle. We’ll explore from the Dolomites and the food of the backcountry of the region. We’ll visit farms, meet makers, and tackle everything from goose to duck to risotto. All while living like Venetian royalty in our own little Renaissance Palazzo.
